Our History

Steady growth over two decades

2007

Aces LLC founded to acquire 18 Little Caesars units in southwest Virginia

2014

Patrick O’Connell becomes sole owner & begins expansion into related real estate and retail centers

2021

Aces acquires retiring franchisee Cutting Edge Pizza, adding dozens of units throughout Virginia, Maryland & the Carolinas

2022

Gary Clough joins Aces as an equity partner & President/COO

2022

Three additional franchisees bought out, bringing total unit count to 72

2024

Aces acquires RMG of Georgia LLC locations to bring the total count to 83

      Fighting hunger

      For over a decade, Aces has partnered with local Feeding America agencies to fight hunger in the communities we serve. From donating a van to help deliver meals to food banks, to rescuing food from our restaurants, to hosting the Little Caesars Love Kitchen to serve fresh hot slices of pizza to those in need, we are dedicated to this worthy cause!
